Terms & Conditions:

The promoter of the competition is Eat Drink & Fly. This prize draw is open to registered members of Eat Drink & Fly who are of legal UK drinking age and at least aged 18 and over only. All entrants must have a valid email address.

By entering this free prize draw, individuals will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them and by any other requirements in promotional material.

No responsibility will be accepted by the promoter or its agents for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, completed or delayed computer transmission which affect entrants’ ability to enter the prize draw or for any other reason beyond its control.

The closing date for entry to this competition is 23.59 on Sunday 31st July 2011; any entries received after this time will be automatically rejected. To be eligible for entry into the draw the entrant will have been notified by email that their registration with Eat Drink & Fly was successful by 23.59 on Sunday 31st July 2011. 

The prize draw will be made independently under independent supervision and announced on Monday 1st August 2011. In the event that the winning entrant does not respond to the email notifiying them that they have won the prize by (at the latest) 23.59 on Monday 8th August 2011, an alternative winner shall be selected and notified by e-mail.

The BACARDI Company visitors centre will not be open for tours during the month of August. The guided tours are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Eat Drink & Fly is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive e-mail accounts, technical difficulties associated therewith, or the potential winner's failure to adequately monitor any e-mail address. Entrants should ensure that they check any spam filters or junk mail boxes.

Individuals may request the name and county of the winning entrant by submitting a self-addressed, stamped envelope, specifying the date of the event about which you are inquiring, before 31^st July, to: 5-7 Marshalsea Road, London SE1 1EP.  By participating, the entrants agree to Eat Drink & Fly providing their name and county in response to such requests.

Eat Drink & Fly will take all reasonable steps to avoid disappointing entrants.

The winner and their chosen guest will be required to submit proof of age and a postal address, so that the prize can be sent to this address. The winners may be required to take part in further promotional activity on behalf of Eat Drink & Fly.  The winner of the prize hereby consents to (i) being interviewed about the competition, Eat, Drink & Fly or any products or services of Eat, Drink & Fly or its affiliates; (ii) use of his or her name, likeness and any statements, quotes or testimonials for publicity, advertising and other promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law; (iii) being recorded and filmed and having his or her voice and likeness used in recordings and films for commercial purposes on a worldwide basis; and to (iv) any other reasonable publicity required for and on behalf of Eat, Drink & Fly if so requested.

Any personal information received by Eat, Drink & Fly in connection with this competition will be used solely in accordance with Eat, Drink & Fly's privacy policy.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided,  Eat, Drink & Fly may at its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfill any prize award.

The trip must be taken by Wednesday 30th November 2011, and is subject to availability.  The trip is for two people (the winner and a guest, both of whom must be of legal UK drinking age and at least 18 years of age) and includes return flights from a designated UK airport to Barcelona and 3 nights shared twin/double accommodation. Competition winners will need to provide three sets of preferred dates for travel (excluding school holidays and public holidays) and a preferred UK airport.  Every effort will be taken to ensure the winner’s preferences are taken into consideration but this and the trips specification may change.  Eat, Drink & Fly accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize, including, without limitation, meals, personal expenses and insurance. Eat, Drink and Fly may require proof that travel insurance has been purchased before a prize can be released.

Eat, Drink & Fly will not be held liable to any participant or winner for any fraud committed by any third party nor in an event beyond its control.

Eat, Drink & Fly's decision will be final in all circumstances and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Eat, Drink & Fly accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you or your possessions. 

Eat, Drink & Fly reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the competition as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and to substitute the prize with one of equivalent or greater value.

These terms and conditions are subject to the Laws of England and Wales and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
