QCan I book my meal in advance?

Unfortunately due to the uncertainty of the length of time taken to move through an airport this is not possible

QCan I take my Food & Drink on the plane?

A

Some of our Airside outlets sell packaged food and drinks which can easily be taken on board. Other restaurants and bars do not sell items that are specifically created for takeaway but where possible the team will endeavour to package food items for you if you really are in a hurry. Please remember that you cannot take any liquids in your hand luggage through security!

QDo you have any meals that are suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

All of the outlets featured on Eat Drink & Fly feature food that is suitable for vegetarians however vegan choices are limited

QHow do I pay?

A

All outlets featured on Eat Drink & Fly accept all major credit cards & major currencies

QIs nutrional / allergy information available for all of your menu items?

Unfortunately this information is not available for outlets featured within Eat Drink & Fly at the current time. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please speak to the duty manager before you make a purchase

QWhat if the restaurant I want to use is full?

A

During very busy times it is possible that we may not be able to seat / serve you in the time that you have available. Why not print off a couple of vouchers, just to make sure you are covered?

QWill I have time to dine before my flight leaves?

A

If you let one of the team know how much time you have on arrival at the restaurant or bar we will let you know whether you will have time to eat / drink with us. If you have less than 20 minutes before the gate closes, we suggest that you visit one of the “grab and go” outlets and buy something which you can take on board. If you are unsure, please ask!
